Miller, Paul van Emmerick, Vicnent Bonin, James Pritchett, Thomas DeLio, Atau Tanaka/Matt Wand/:zoviet*france, Lindsay Vickery, Cat Hope, Stuart James and an introduction by Warren Burt. The book is dedicated to Lelio Gianetto, who supported the premiere of the Complete John Cage Variations Project performance in Sicily, Italy in 2012.
